How come my account is not active?

    The most common reason why your account is not active is because the DNS has not been changed from your old hosting server. The DNS change usually takes between 24 - 72 hours to change.

What if I do not know how to use my control panel?

    If you do not know how to use the cPanel control panel please read the control panel manual located on the help link on the left hand side of your control panel in the "Documentation Area".

How do I access my web mail?

To access your web mail type in http://yourdomain.com/webmail from your browser

What is my POP3 server name?

Your POP3 server name is simply: yourdomain.com.

What is my SMTP server name?

Your SMTP server name is simply: yourdomain.com.

How do I create a mail account?

To create a mail account login to your control panel and click on "Mail". From there you will be able to "Add" a usernames and accounts to what you specify.

What is the string location for sendmail on your server?

The string location for sendmail is located at /usr/sbin/sendmail

Why is my webmail not working?

The most common reason is because you have not setup a "Mailbox" account in your control panel. To add a webmail login to your control panel and click on "Mail". After you have setup a mail account you will be able to configure it. When you are configuring it click on the "Mailbox" selection box and enter your desired password for your mailbox. 

Where do I upload my index doucument?

Upload your index.html document in the "www" folder

 How do I transfer/upload my files?

You will need a FTP client to transfer/upload your files. If you do not have a FTP client you can download one on the net. (Most FTP clients are free.)

How do I use SSI on the server?

To use SSI on our servers you must give your documents the .shtml extension.

How can I upload with FrontPage?

To upload with FrontPage you will need to use your FTP user name and password which are the same user name and password for your FrontPage login.

What is a web user?

A web user is an account which uses the owners server resources. This mean if a web user uses 25MB of space and you only have a 50MB space account you will only have 25MB left over.

How can I access a web user?

You can access a web user using the web users extension.
(Example: www.yourdomain.com/~webuser)

I lost my account password. How can I retrieve it?
